Are ALL popcorn ceilings made of asbestos?

Pop corn ceilings have only been around since the 80's. They stopped using asbestos in most areas in the 70's your in the clear, but....if your saying it's flaking off it's not fun to breath in. Nothing serious will happen but it could be the dust and the things flaking down that irritate your throat. Hope that was helpful!
