Does anyone elses baby prefer to be left alone?

My daughter is 7 weeks old, and I know she loves me by the way her face lights up and she smiles and laughs at me, but I wish i could just pick her up and hold her some times - however she prefers to be left alone in her baby bouncer just looking at me or to roll around by herself.. She has been like this pretty much since she was born, is anyone elses baby like this?
