He was Argentinian, who was a medical doctor, and someone who looked for causes, he was involved in rebellions in three countries. He met castro in Mexico and became involved in the Cuban rebellion led by Castro (1956-59). When Castro took over he was appointed to head the National Bank of Cuba. He became involved in leftist movements in the Congo and Latin America from 1965 to 67. He was leading a group against the Bolivian government when he was killed in 1967.
