My boyfriend is riping me to bits feels like my heart is breaking?

My boyfriend who iv bin with for 2 monthes and bin staying with me every night untill last sat when he wanted to stay at his house i asked wht the problem was he sed it was all doing his head in with my ex i split from my ex who i have 2 kids with and he has bin giveing me a lot of crap over the phone and then i start to argue with him and my ex puts the phone down and ignores me so i ring and ring to try and get hold of him to finnish the argument and new boyfriend sits there well i do it but he did'nt say enything to me untill the other day when he sed its all doing his head in so is sed well all you had to do is tell me i would of stop it but he still staying away he wont look at me talk to me txt me back or enything iv had 2 monthes of him telling me everyday that he loves me and huggs me to nothing at all not even a kiss on a txt he sed he dont no what to do when i ask him whats going on with us it hurts like hell . but he is at court today
