Williamsburg VA weather?

Me and me family are going to meet my dad in VA willamsburg on july 14 through the 18th. is it really hot out there during the day? We want to go to busch gardens and colonial WB and everything but should we go to the park at night? is colonial WB super bad hot weather during the day? We have a senior too... will it be bad for them? thanks!
