Off to college but need a little advice?

This isn't gonna be quite what you're expecting but I'm heading off to college after i graduate at the end of this year and my girlfriend and i want to have a baby. We have the resources neccessary for a healthly life for him/her, that isn't a problem. Her mother definantly won't be happy, and she'll probably try to prevent me from seeing my child (I live in Pittsburgh, her in Philadelphia, we go to a boarding school upstate together.) I'm trying to find an alternative to the situation but the only thing i can think of is going to college near her and the baby. (She still has a year left in school but want's to be homeschooled to take care of the baby.) She doesn't want me to base my college decisions on her. So what should I do???
