My hair is burgundy and i want to bleach my bangs blonde. i just bought Jerome Russel cream peroxide 40 vol, & they're powder bleach. How much powder bleach and cream peroxide do i put in the bowl and how long do i leave it in my hair? Please answer thanks :-)
