How do I get faster service at hospitals?

I have a congenital heart defect, which I have to have a Cardiac Catheterization done.I filled out a charity care form to help with the cost of the surgery. Anyways, it's taking the hospital forever to review the form to see if I qualify for the discount. I still haven't found out my MRI results from another hospital I went to and it's been 6 months. I transfered to another hospital, and they are still waiting for the results. It takes forever for me to get ahold of any of the doctors to schedule anything or to get information. Is there a faster way I can get in contact with my doctor or anybody in the health care system? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
