Hypothetically speaking, could you trade a Heisman trophy ring for a Cadillac and some Kirk Franklin tickets?

I would trade a Heisman trophy for a Lamborghini Diablo,Redskins tickets,and a trip to South Beach with Lebron James. It would be nice to meet that man. Why would you want to trade a Heismann trophy anyway?
