Natsume .hack GU 3???

Alright I beat the seven Chaotic pks, then beat Natsume, however the BBS post saying she was in Breg Epona did not show up. I am only lvl 123 and have not recieved the Xth form yet, did I not wait long enough or do I have to beat the game before I can get Natsume? I'm very confused can someone please help me?
