What are these marks on my ?

Hi I'm only 12 and for the last couple months I have been noticing these red and purple lines on my they are very unsightly and my best friend told me that they mean u have cancer but I'm only 12 I can't have cancer can I ? I don't know what they are and I need help on what they are and how to get rid of them ASAP !!
