What is the difference between "chunk light tuna" and "white albacore tuna"?

Upon inspecting the label I see the white albacore has more fat, less protein. Which to me translates the chunk light is healthier. If there is an objection I need to see it. White albacore refers to the meat in the fish. Obvi. However I think the chunk light tastes better, not as dry, and is healthier. Why is the white albacore more expensive? What am I missing?
