Ex said I could claim one child in past years, now she says no, and going to file amend returns. Can she do it?

Can she do this? She clearly agreed to it. She filed her returns using our younger son and leaving off the oldest which I claimed. No forms were signed and our divorce decree doesn't state who gets to claim the exemptions.
