Help! i need sweet sixteen party ideas! thanks!?

i need ideas for a sweet 16 on a budget...i want to rent a function hall...nothing too expensive for that...whats a cheap place around boston m??? and then i need theme ideas..no mardi gras..a bunch of my friends have already done that...color ideas would be like purple pink and lime green...or black pink and white or pastel pink and pastel brown orr purple black and white....im also open to any other ideas people have...im a preppy girl so like fun stuff not gothicc likee...thanks for your help!
